During the AEW Full Gear media scrum following the pay-per-view, Jay Lethal revealed that his deal with AEW came to fruition a mere few days ago.

Leath said he only met Tony Khan earlier in the day before the Full Gear event and also noted he will not be appearing at ROH Final Battle next month, with AEW his new home.

During Sunday's PPV, Lethal responded to the open challenge of TNT Champion Sammy Guevara. The challenge was accepted and the match will take place on Dynamite this coming Wednesday on TNT.
