Ever since his return at WrestleMania fans have been wondering when we will see Kurt Angle back in a WWE ring to wrestle. There had been much speculation recently that Angle's big announcement would involve Triple H who he would end up having a match with at SummerSlam. However, Angle's big reveal was that Jason Jordan is his long lost son. Following the announcement, Jordan is expected to be given a solid midcard push on Raw with a lot of involvement from Angle over the coming months.

In regards to Angle's in-ring future, The Dirty Sheets podcast is reporting that WWE has decided Kurt Angle will not wrestle anytime in the foreseeable future, and the company views him as an onscreen character at present and not an in-ring wrestler. There are currently no plans for Angle to return to the ring, and he hasn’t even taken the WWE physical which would be required for him to return to the ring.
