TMZ Sports is reporting that Jan Ross, the late wife of WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross, passed away from a "traumatic brain injury," according to an official cause of death report that has been released from the Oklahoma Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

The office further notes that while normal toxicology results are still pending and while Mrs. Ross's death has also been ruled as an accident, the case itself is still under investigation.

As previously reported, Mrs. Ross was riding her Vespa on the night of March 20th to a gym in Norman, Oklahoma, when she was hit by a car. She was not wearing a helmet and, as a result, suffered multiple skull fractures. She passed away two days later as a result of her injuries.
