It's being reported that former TNA Impact Wrestling star Jesse Sorensen worked a recent set of NXT television tapings, losing a match against NXT powerhouse Baron Corbin.

Fans may remember Sorensen for his short tenure in TNA when he suffered a frightening neck injury after taking a Moonsault outside the ring from Zema Ion at the 2012 Against All Odds pay-per-view. Sorensen would never wrestle for the TNA promotion again, but he did make a successful return to in-ring competition on the independent circuit in 2013.

There's been no word about Sorensen being signed to NXT. Corbin apparently defeated a handful of enhancement talents during the TV tapings.
