Lola Vice’s time as a regular on WWE NXT appears to be coming to an end, with new details emerging about the company’s plans for her expected move to the main roster.
Vice recently appeared to say farewell to the NXT audience after coming up short against Kendal Grey in an NXT Women’s Championship match earlier this month. That moment added to speculation that WWE was preparing to move the former MMA fighter into the next stage of her career.
According to TRNBCKL Gold, Vice is expected to begin appearing on WWE’s main roster in the near future, with introductory vignettes for her arrival already being produced.
The report noted that people familiar with the plans have described Vice’s upcoming presentation as “attention-grabbing,” with WWE reportedly hoping the character will make an “immediate impact” when the material begins airing.
Exactly where Vice will land has yet to be officially confirmed. Previous reports have pointed toward SmackDown as her likely destination, which would add another fresh name to the brand’s women’s division.
There is also the possibility that Vice will continue to make select appearances for AAA as WWE’s relationship with the Mexican promotion continues to provide opportunities for talent to work across both companies.
With vignettes reportedly already being put together, it appears WWE intends to give Vice a noticeable introduction rather than simply having her arrive without significant build-up.
