Former WWE star Zelina Vega is officially preparing to step back inside the squared circle following her departure from the company.

Now competing under the name Xelina, the former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion has been announced for House of Glory's upcoming Fallout event in Los Angeles on Friday, September 4.

House of Glory confirmed Xelina's appearance on Friday, although her opponent has yet to be revealed.

The appearance will mark Xelina's first announced wrestling match since being released by WWE earlier this year. She has remained visible on the wrestling scene since her departure, including a recent appearance at WrestleCon in Minneapolis.

Xelina is also scheduled to reunite publicly with her husband, Malakai Black, for a meet-and-greet appearance in New Jersey on September 13.

WWE released Xelina as part of its post-WrestleMania 42 roster cuts. As she prepared for the next chapter of her career, she filed to trademark the name "Xelina" on July 20 before later confirming that it would be her new in-ring identity on the independent wrestling scene.

Black was also among the talent released by WWE during the same round of departures. However, fans should not expect him to accompany Xelina at Fallout.

Black will instead be in the United Kingdom that weekend for his own first post-WWE wrestling appearances. The former Aleister Black is scheduled to compete for PROGRESS Wrestling across three events running from September 4 through September 6.

House of Glory Fallout Lineup Takes Shape
Xelina will not be the only notable name appearing at Fallout.

AEW stars Kyle Fletcher and HOOK have both been announced for the event, alongside Laredo Kid.

Fletcher already has his opponent confirmed, with the former AEW TNT Champion scheduled to face House of Glory founder and TNA veteran Amazing Red.

That match also provides an interesting family connection to Xelina, as Amazing Red is her cousin.

Opponents for HOOK and Laredo Kid have yet to be announced.

House of Glory previously broadcast its events through TrillerTV+ before that partnership concluded in July. The promotion's most recent show was instead streamed through YouTube.

With Xelina now officially heading back to the ring, all eyes will be on who House of Glory selects as her first opponent of the post-WWE chapter of her career.
