Anyone expecting Bayley to make a shock appearance at AEW All In may want to rethink those predictions.

Bayley has sent wrestling fans into speculation mode with several apparent AEW references involving Mercedes Moné, but those within AEW reportedly do not believe she will be appearing at All In. In fact, they seem just as puzzled by the recent teases.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez said the people he has spoken with in AEW believe Bayley could remain under WWE contract for considerably longer than some fans have assumed.

“I can tell you, at least among those in AEW, first off, everyone I talked to is also baffled by this thing.”

According to Alvarez, there is a belief Bayley's current WWE agreement might not expire until January, potentially even later if WWE adds additional time.

“The belief is her deal is not up for a while, maybe as long as January, and that is if they don’t add any time. Long story short, she won’t be at All In.”

That certainly throws cold water on one of the biggest theories to emerge from Bayley's recent social media activity.

On August 9, Bayley shared training footage featuring several wrestlers, including former WWE rival and longtime friend Mercedes Moné. Her choice of caption immediately caught attention: “all or nothing, baby.”

Adding another layer to the speculation, Bayley used a track titled “All In.” With AEW running major events named All In and Double or Nothing, fans quickly wondered whether the wording was deliberate.

Alvarez acknowledged those clues but maintained that an All In appearance isn't expected.

“So I don’t know why she and Mercedes are teasing a match at All In. It ain’t gonna happen.”

Bayley's WWE future remains an interesting situation. Dave Meltzer recently reported that she has yet to sign a new WWE contract and faces a decision over what comes next.

WWE has also provided a storyline explanation for her current absence. Lyra Valkyria left Bayley down at Madison Square Garden before later claiming on RAW that she had “run Bayley out of here.”

For now, Bayley and Moné have succeeded in getting wrestling fans talking, but the latest word suggests those clues aren't leading to an All In surprise.
