AEW Collision Card Confirmed Ahead Of Forbidden Door

AEW has confirmed a stacked lineup for this Saturday's Collision, the final stop before Forbidden Door, with championship action, tag team matches, and several stars looking to build momentum ahead of Sunday's pay per view.
The featured attraction will see Mercedes Moné join forces with Athena to take on Maya World and Hyan. The match comes just days before Moné meets World in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament final at Forbidden Door. World earned her spot in the championship match after scoring a surprise semifinal victory over Athena, while she has regularly teamed with Hyan since arriving in AEW.
The TNT Championship will also be up for grabs as Kevin Knight puts the title on the line against Dezmond Xavier of The Rascalz. Knight will also be represented elsewhere on the show, as he reunites with Mistico and "Speedball" Mike Bailey, with the latter two teaming together to face Premier Athletes members Tony Nese and Ari Daivari. The trio previously enjoyed a brief reign as AEW World Trios Champions.
Chris Jericho will look to stay sharp before his upcoming July clash with Tommaso Ciampa when he steps into the ring against JD Drake.
Elsewhere, CMLL Women's Champion Persephone will defend her title against Billie Starkz, while Jake Doyle is scheduled to face Adam Priest in singles competition.
Collision was taped immediately following Wednesday night's episode of Dynamite in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
