The WWE Network's Raw Pre-Show has announced that Raw General Manager Mick Foley has granted a request made by United States Champion Rusev to kick off tonight's broadcast, presumably to address the actions of Roman Reigns on last week's show.

Furthermore, it was also announced that Jinder Mahal will face Neville on tonight's Raw.
