Posted By: Caylon Knox on Aug 08, 2016

We start things off with Enzo Amore and "Big Cass" Colin Cassady. They start talking about last week's segment involving Enzo and "The Boss" Sasha Banks... Enzo is mad that Chris Jericho ruined things for him last week. He calls out Jericho and now here comes Y2J. Jericho says that Enzo always has somebody watching and his back, and now, so does Jericho. Out comes "The Prizefighter" Kevin Owens. Owens and Jericho are on their way to the ring now. Owens says that Enzo is dead weight that's holding Big Cass down.

When we return from the commercial break, it will be Enzo Amore vs. Chris Jericho, one-on-one. Jericho is in control of Enzo right now. Enzo with a Flying DDT off the ropes. They're both down now. Enzo hits a Crossbody on Jericho and is starting to build up some offense. Enzo hits a big forearm but Jericho kicks out at 2. Enzo was going for a Frankensteiner but Jericho caught him in The Walls of Jericho. Jericho has him right in the middle of the ring... Enzo makes it to the ropes. Enzo hits another Flying Crossbody but again Jericho kicks out. Jericho hits a Codebreaker after KO grabbed Enzo's leg and distracted him. Big Cass responds with a Big Boot to Jericho's face and causes a disqualification. Jericho wins by DQ.

After the match, Big Cass challenges them to a Tag Team Match for SummerSlam.

Backstage in Mick Foley's office now. Mick is talking to Stephanie McMahon on his cell phone. Sasha Banks arrives in Mick's office. Sasha wants a Handicap Match against both Charlotte and Dana Brooke at SummerSlam. Mick Foley says that if Sasha can defeat Dana Brooke tonight, it will only be a one-on-one match between Sasha and Charlotte at the PPV. But if Sasha loses to Dana Brooke tonight, then it will indeed be a Two-on-One Handicap Match at SummerSlam. Sasha agrees to this.

We return from the break with the monstrous Braun Strowman on his way to the ring. His opponent is named Jerrelle Nelson. Byron Saxton tried to interview him backstage but Nelson was speechless. Nelson actually gets an entrance after Strowman with some generic production music. Nelson attempts to leave but Strowman catches him... Reverse Chokeslam for the pinfall victory. Strowman just completely owns another local jobber.

Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs appears with Mick Foley backstage. New Day appears along with Puff Daddy now. New Day, Puff Daddy and Mick Foley are eating Booty-O's. They spoke about Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows before ending the segment.

We return from the break and it's a rematch between Darren Young and Titus O'Neil. Darren starts out with offense but Titus quickly knocks him down and gains control. Titus is simply overpowering Darren now. Darren went for a Crossbody but Titus caught him. Titus went for a Running Powerslam but Darren countered and rolled him up. Darren uses the tights to gain leverage and gets the 3-count.

Before we go to break, they tell us that up next, Seth Rollins will give us his thoughts on Finn Balor.

And here comes the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, "The Architect" Seth Rollins. Rollins is cutting a solid promo on Balor and how he feels disrespected by Balor.

They aired a quick replay of Randy Orton RKO'ing Brock Lesnar last week and also reminded us that Mick Foley has invited Daniel Bryan to Raw tonight.

Here comes the former four-time WWE World Champion, "The Celtic Warrior" Sheamus. It's Sheamus vs. "The Swiss Superman" Cesaro. They lock up and Sheamus gets the early advantage. Here comes the WWE United States Champion, "The Bulgarian Brute" Rusev. And here comes Lana in her wedding dress. Very nice set-up in the ring with a few cakes and some flowers. Roman Reigns interrupts Rusev and Lana. Reigns challenges Rusev to a U.S. Title Match for SummerSlam. Rusev declines. Roman says he expected more out of Rusev, and so did Lana on their wedding night. This enrages Rusev and he attacks Reigns. They brawl for several moments until Reigns makes Rusev bump into Lana who goes face-first into one of the cakes. This ends the brawl.

Up next is WWE Women's Champion "The Boss" Sasha Banks vs. Dana Brooke.

Backstage, Rusev is demanding that Mick Foley do something about Roman's actions. Mick makes a U.S. Championship Match for SummerSlam between Rusev and Roman Reigns.

Here comes "The Boss" Sasha Banks. And now here comes Dana Brooke with Charlotte. Sasha with a Hiptoss and double knees to the face. Dana with a double-arm choke on Sasha but Sasha gets out. Up next, we take an in-depth look at former NXT Champion "The Demon" Finn Balor.

After the Balor promo, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows filmed a vignette where they were doctors, making fun of the fact that they injured Big E's groin last week using the ring post. They say that Kofi Kingston will suffer a similar fate tonight.

Here comes Kofi Kingston along with Xavier Woods. Kofi will face Luke Gallows. Anderson and Gallows still have their doctor coats on. Kofi flies over the top rope to take out Gallows. Outside the ring, Anderson takes out Woods which distracts Kofi. Gallows grabs Kofi and lifts him into a Fireman's Carry position and then turns it into a faceplant (like how D-Von Dudley drops someone during the Dudley Death Drop). Gallows gets the win over Kofi.

Here comes General Manager Mick Foley. And out comes Daniel Bryan. They discuss recent events until Rusev comes out and says that Raw doesn't need another Champion because he is the U.S. Champion. Out comes Cesaro. Cesaro reminds Mick Foley that Foley told him he would get a title shot for defeating Sheamus. Foley says that he's a man of his word and makes a U.S. Title Match for tonight! It's Rusev defending the United States Championship against Cesaro, right here tonight!
