WWE has been implicated in a fresh lawsuit claiming the company hid long-term effects of brain injuries from a string of former Superstars including WWE legends Jimmy Snuka, The Road Warrior Animal and Chavo Guerrero Jr, according to a report by Bloomberg.

The list of names, as reported by Pro Wrestling Sheet includes: Paul Orndorff, Bryan Clark aka Adam Bomb, Ahmed Johnson, Kamala, Dave Hebner and Earl Hebner, King Kong Bundy, Ken Patera, Sabu, Ax and Smash, The Berzerker, Shane Douglas, Muhammad Hassan, Henry Godwin, Mark Jindrak, Marty Jannetty, Heidenreich, Mantaur, One Man Gang and the estate of Axl Rotten.

WWE is accused of failing to care for wrestlers’ repetitive head injuries “in any medically competent or meaningful manner" and misrepresenting and concealing the nature of long-term neurological injuries they suffered as a result of their careers.
