WWE recently sent an email survey out to its WWE Fan Council yesterday, asking them about the current state of Raw and their viewing habits.

PWInsider.com reports, the questions included asking the fan when he/she watches Raw, when he/she changes the channel during Raw, and whether or not channel changing takes place during talking segments, matches, etc. 

WWE are very interested to understand why they have lost over 25% of their viewers since June.
