Emmanuel Lemelson, chief investment officer of Lemelson Capital Management, one of the most successful hedge funds in the world told Benzinga.com the WWE is “clearly an acquisition target.”

He noted that he doesn't feel the WWE network will reach their subscriber targets but it shouldn't be too much of an issue for the share price because he believes the McMahon family is interested in selling the business and protecting the share price from slipping. 

Lemelson believes that WWE is in a "special situation" because while it has poor fiscal management it has strong creative management.
