Well this is certainly interesting.

Go onto WWE.com and look at the superstars.

There's Jack Swagger, there's John Cena and there's ...Cesaro. Just Cesaro.

Infact WWE have edited Cesaro's whole profile to remove the word "Antonio" suggesting this could be a permanent change. Given that Cesaro is seemingly on the fringe of a face turn in the near future, this could be Cesaro's new and updated change in the WWE universe. 

Small Update: His Twitter name is also now just "Cesaro" indicating this is a permanent change that will be featured for the future.
