WWE Chris Jericho reveled how a variety of different storyline ideas were considered for him going into this year's WrestleMania during an interview on Observer Radio.

The original plans at pitched by WWE creative was to have Jericho work a feud with Ryback when he left for Australia on tour with his band Fozzy. However, when Jericho returned he was told plans had changed and that he would work a storyline with Fandango who just recently debuted. Jericho noted that heas was very unhappy with this decision at first but has since come round to the idea and is excited. J

Fandango’s current gimmick is a spoof of Dancing with the Stars and their “ballroom dancing a show which Jericho competed on during his time away from WWE.

Interestingly Jericho said he negotiated his new WWE deal this time with Triple H and not Vince McMahon.
