WWE Diva Kaitlyn won a battle royal match on August, 20 making her the number one contender for the WWE Diva's Championship however, on last night's Raw, Eve Torres gained a clean win over Kaitlyn...confused? 

According to a bulletin released by the Wrestling Observer today Eve was actually meant to win the battle royal but due to a botched finish Kaitlyn got the win: "Eve was supposed to win but missed the apron on a clothesline spot and landed on the floor. That was why there was confusion immediately afterwards and Layla had a look of shock on her face."

The reports notes that Eve could be given a title shot against Layla at Night of Champions, bypassing Kaitlyn or be added to create a triple threat match.
