In the latest on the future of former TNA Impact Wrestling star Alex Shelley, apparently there are sources in WWE that are denying that Shelley has signed with WWE. Shelley is currently scheduled for New Japan Pro Wrestling events for the month of September, and is also said to be graduating from college pretty soon.

However, there is some speculation from The Wrestling Observer that there may be more to the story than what WWE sources are letting on, but this is all just speculation and gossip at this point.

So as of last word, Alex Shelley has apparently not signed with WWE and is still wrestling in Japan and internationally.
