The verbal battle between Scott Steiner and Hulk Hogan along with the rest of TNA's company is headed to Davidson County Court.
TNA filed a verified complaint this past Monday, June 18 in the court, the same county that is presiding over their lawsuit against WWE and Brian Wittenstein. TNA is asking Steiner to refrain from making any more "disparaging remarks," which themselves are a violation of a contract he signed with TNA in December of 2010.
THe contract stated he was not to mention or interact with TNA or any members of its roster, which included his personal Twitter account. Obviously, he has not held true to that and his rants against the company and Hogan are well-documented by now. TNA had first told Steiner to cease and desist on May 10.
Noted in the filings was a mention of Steiner's contract with TNA, where he made $2,500 for each pay-per-view appearance.
