A judge in Carthage, North Carolina has ordered the bond of Matt Hardy to be reduced from $1,000,000 to $100,000 on the condition that Hardy immediately return to a rehabilitation facility once he posts bond. This move was objected by the prosecution on the grounds that Hardy had previously been released from jail to attend rehab only to be sent home from the facility, but the judge overruled the prosecution's objection in this case. The judge has also ordered that if Hardy fails to complete his rehab, he will be immediately sent back to jail and his bond will be set at $250,000.
Meanwhile, Hardy still has the following court dates to attend on the following charges:
-November 20, 2011: Driving While Impaired
-December 1, 2011: Felony Possession With Intent to Manufacture, Sell, and/or Deliver a Schedule 3 Controlled Substance; Felony Possession of a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance; Felony Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling for Controlled Substances; Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-December 6, 2011: Reckless Driving with Wanton Disregard
-December 21, 2011: Driving While Impaired; Exceeding a Safe Speed
