Piper Niven has offered fans a fresh update on her recovery from neck surgery, sharing a gym photo alongside a message of determination.
The WWE star posted a mirror selfie on X on Friday, October 30, responding to a fan who said they missed her and hoped she was doing well.
“The tribulations continue but so do I,” she wrote. “Mother requires the solace of the shadows to recover.”
Niven underwent an anterior cervical discectomy in California in May. She later shared encouraging news on Instagram in late August, telling followers she “got my 12 week scans and everything is ‘healing beautifully.'”
During that same period, Niven also addressed speculation about her wrestling future. Responding on X, she made her position clear, writing that she was “still in recovery but no I am not retired.”
Her most recent match took place on the August 22, 2025 episode of SmackDown in Dublin, Ireland, where she defeated Charlotte Flair.
Although her latest photo offers another glimpse into her recovery, Niven has not announced a return date. WWE has also not publicly commented on her status.
Everyone at WNS wishes Piper Niven a full recovery.
