Natalie, the wife of late wrestling star PAC, has shared a heartfelt tribute remembering their life together and the future they had planned.
Writing on Instagram on October 12, Natalie reflected on a relationship that began with friendship 21 years ago and grew into 11 years of marriage. Her message described the love behind their everyday routines and the heartbreak of knowing the plans they shared will now go unfulfilled.
“Thank you for our beautiful life darling. Twenty one years ago we became friends, nineteen years ago we fell in love and eleven years ago we were married. Two souls entwined in one; my best friend and better half.”
Natalie also spoke about how hard PAC worked to build their future, remembering the simple things he had been looking forward to when he returned home.
“You always worked so incredibly hard to ensure we would have a great life together, both now and once you had retired. The cruelty of having all of our future hopes and dreams snatched away will never feel real. You were so excited to get home to us, you were going to shoot hoops all week with your best mates, we were going to set up your new home gym and take Wilfie for some autumnal walks, have pizza at Rudy’s on your cheat day, go to the match, see Sam Campbell live. We’re all just waiting for you to walk through the door again darling, and the idea that will never happen is beyond comprehension.”
With Sunday marking two weeks since his passing, Natalie said those closest to him would do their best to support one another.
“I can’t believe it’s been over two weeks already since we last spoke, I can’t believe I’m making this post. We will try our hardest to get through this nightmare and look after each other as I know that’s what you would want, but we will miss you every minute, of every hour, of every day. Love you eternally pet”
Her words echoed comments from PAC’s close friend Enzo Amore, who spoke on Busted Open Radio about the couple’s bond.
“I think the number one thing that I want to get across here today is that, more than a wrestler, more than anything, he was a husband,” Amore said. “He found his soulmate in Natalie, and they lived for each other. And I can’t even imagine what she’s going through right now. I just want to extend my condolences to Natalie and that God can give her the strength to carry on.”
During AEW Dynamite’s tribute episode, a statement from Natalie and PAC’s parents thanked fans, Tony Khan and AEW for their support through the family’s grief.
PAC, whose real name was Benjamin Satterley, died on September 27 at the age of 40. His official cause of death remains pending further testing following an initial autopsy.
Tributes have continued across the wrestling community, with AEW, WWE and Dragon Gate among those honouring his memory.
