Oba Femi and Bronson Reed are officially heading for a collision at WWE Money in the Bank.

Their match was confirmed during the September 28 episode of RAW, when Reed accepted Femi’s challenge and signed the contract for a showdown on October 10 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.

Femi came to the ring with the paperwork ready. He explained that RAW General Manager Adam Pearce and WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque had approved the contest, and his own signature was already on the contract. All that remained was for Reed to make his decision.

Reed arrived wearing black and wasted little time reminding Femi of their previous confrontations. He claimed that he had put the “Ruler” down on both occasions they had shared the ring.

While Reed acknowledged Femi’s two victories over Brock Lesnar, he made it clear that those results did not concern him. He was focused on dethroning Femi himself.

After Reed signed, Femi delivered a warning of his own. He claimed Paul Heyman had sent Reed to “stop him from breathing” and told his opponent he would need luck when they meet.

Femi also raised eyebrows by saying a “wise man” had taught him how to conduct business. He offered no further explanation, leaving an intriguing question hanging over the confrontation.

With both signatures secured, the two heavy hitters now have a date to settle their growing rivalry.
