Swerve Strickland and The New Level Retain AEW World Trios Championship at All Out: Chicago

Swerve Strickland and The New Level survived Hangman Page and Brodido at All Out: Chicago, retaining the AEW World Trios Championship after a chaotic and physical title defense.

The match began with both teams feeling each other out, but tensions quickly boiled over when Swerve Strickland and Hangman Page began brawling at ringside. Their respective teammates were forced to intervene and separate the two rivals.

Strickland continued to antagonize Page throughout the contest, repeatedly taunting his longtime rival. Page eventually tagged himself into the match, giving him the opportunity to get his hands on Swerve.

The action soon spilled completely out of control, with both trios engaging in a brawl around ringside. Brodido gained the advantage at one point when they dropped Swerve and The New Level before Brody King followed up with a Moonsault onto the champions at ringside.

The New Level later regained control, hitting Brody King with a double powerbomb. The champions attempted to capitalize with a pinfall, but King kicked out.

The final stretch saw Hangman Page take out both Kofi and Austin Creed with a Buckshot Lariat, seemingly leaving the challengers in position to win the championship. However, Swerve immediately answered by taking Page down with the House Call.

Bandido attempted to turn the momentum back in his team's favor with a 21 Plex, but Strickland countered the maneuver. Swerve then connected with Big Pressure and secured the three-count.

Swerve Strickland and The New Level remain the AEW World Trios Champions, with their reign now standing at 28 days.

The champions captured the titles by winning a Royal Roulette Match at All In: London and successfully defended their championships against Hangman Page and Brodido at All Out: Chicago.
