The Wagner Brothers turned an open challenge into a championship celebration at AAA Triplemania 34, defeating War Raiders to capture the AAA World Tag Team Titles.

Erik and Ivar put their titles on the line on the second night of the event, with El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno stepping forward to answer the challenge.

The decisive sequence saw El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. connect with the Wagner Driver on Erik. Galeno then followed with a splash to secure the victory and bring the champions’ reign to an end.

War Raiders had held the gold for 106 days after winning the titles in May 2026. Their reign included a recent successful defence against Damian Priest and R-Truth on WWE SmackDown.

For the real-life brothers, the victory marked their first championship success in AAA, adding to the titles they have previously held elsewhere.
