WWE Monday Night Raw delivered a chaotic night of championship action, Money in the Bank qualifying matches, shocking returns and escalating faction warfare as the red brand continued its road toward Mexico City.

The show, held at Legacy Arena, featured Women's World Champion Liv Morgan defending her title against Stephanie Vaquer, while Bron Breakker and Sol Ruca earned spots in their respective Money in the Bank Ladder Matches.

However, the biggest developments of the night came outside the scheduled matches, with Bayley making her return, Bronson Reed leading The Vision in a brutal assault on Oba Femi, and the dangerous 946 faction sending a devastating message to The Bloodline.

The Vision Declares WWE Belongs to Them

World Tag Team Champions Bron Breakker and Austin Theory, Logan Paul, Maxxine Dupri and the returning Bronson Reed opened the show by declaring that The Vision is now complete.

Breakker credited Reed with helping destroy Oba Femi at Sunday Night's Main Event, while Reed made it clear that The Vision intends to dictate what happens throughout WWE.

Logan Paul proclaimed the faction's overwhelming level of talent made the group "literally unfair," while Theory promised that The Vision would continue its pursuit of championship gold.

Their celebration was interrupted by Akira Tozawa, who revealed that Austin Theory would have a match against the returning Otis.

Austin Theory vs. Otis Ends in Controversy

Otis immediately took the fight to Theory, but the World Tag Team Champion eventually gained control.

After Theory became distracted by Maxxine Dupri, Otis mounted a comeback and appeared ready to deliver the Caterpillar. Before he could finish, Bronson Reed attacked him, resulting in a disqualification victory for Otis.

The Vision then swarmed Otis and Tozawa.

Oba Femi eventually stormed the ring and briefly cleared house, including hitting Theory with a powerbomb. However, Femi's comeback was short-lived.

Breakker speared Femi directly into his injured ribs before Reed delivered multiple Tsunamis. WWE officials attempted to stop the assault, but Reed returned to the top rope and delivered yet another Tsunami, leaving Femi in a heap.

The Vision stood tall as officials tended to The Ruler.

Bron Breakker Qualifies for Money in the Bank

Bron Breakker punched his ticket to the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match by defeating Ethan Page and WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio.

The three-way match featured several combinations, with Page and Mysterio briefly attempting to work together against Breakker.

Breakker's power ultimately proved to be the difference.

After surviving attacks from both competitors, Breakker caught Mysterio with a devastating Spear and secured the victory.

Bron Breakker is officially headed to Money in the Bank.

Sol Ruca Earns Women's Money in the Bank Spot

Sol Ruca also advanced to Money in the Bank, defeating Lyra Valkyria and Maxxine Dupri in a Triple Threat qualifying match.

Ruca's athleticism became the deciding factor as the match broke down into chaos.

Valkyria appeared to have the victory within reach after hitting Nightwing on Dupri, but a shocking appearance by Bayley changed everything.

Bayley pulled the referee out of the ring, preventing Valkyria from winning.

Ruca immediately capitalized, hitting Valkyria with the Sol Snatcher and scoring the victory.

Bayley Returns With a Vengeance

Bayley's return didn't end with the interference.

Following the match, Bayley brutally attacked Valkyria, delivering repeated forearm strikes and a running knee before taking the fight outside the ring.

Bayley eventually attempted to put Valkyria through the announce table, but Valkyria escaped through the crowd.

Bayley's actions suggest that her return could immediately place her on a collision course with Valkyria.

Joe Hendry Defeats JD McDonagh

Joe Hendry picked up another victory after defeating JD McDonagh in singles competition.

The match followed a bizarre video package from Hendry investigating McDonagh's alleged family history, including the revelation that JD's mother supposedly fell in love with a Funko Pop.

Je'Von Evans later appeared wearing an oversized Funko Pop head, distracting McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio.

Hendry took advantage of the chaos and hit the Standing Ovation to secure the victory.

Afterward, Hendry and Evans continued mocking McDonagh with the giant Funko Pop head.

Liv Morgan Retains Women's World Championship

Liv Morgan successfully defended the Women's World Championship against Stephanie Vaquer in the night's main event.

Vaquer came out aggressively and pushed Morgan throughout the match, eventually hitting a Guillotine Slam, Dragon Screw and Devil's Kiss.

The challenger continued building momentum and appeared close to capturing the championship after connecting with Angel's Wings.

Judgment Day ultimately changed the complexion of the match.

Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez appeared at ringside, with Rodriguez attacking Vaquer while Perez attempted to create further chaos.

Becky Lynch then arrived and fought Rodriguez, eventually chasing Perez away from ringside.

With the referee distracted by the situation, Morgan retrieved the Women's World Championship and smashed Vaquer with the title.

Morgan made the cover and retained her championship.

Liv Morgan remains Women's World Champion.

The controversial victory ensures that the issues between Morgan, Vaquer and Lynch are far from finished.

946 Targets The Bloodline

The night's closing angle delivered perhaps the most shocking moment.

The Usos and Jacob Fatu came to the ring determined to confront 946 after the faction had repeatedly targeted them.

However, Royce Keys, Bronco Nima and Lucien Price were already one step ahead.

From the parking lot, Keys revealed that members of 946 had surrounded The Usos' luxury SUV.

Keys ordered OTM to douse the vehicle in gasoline before setting it on fire.

The SUV was engulfed in flames and eventually exploded as The Usos and Fatu watched helplessly from the ring.

The Birmingham crowd erupted into an "OTC!" chant as the trio stared at the destruction.

946 made it clear that they aren't simply looking for a fight with The Bloodline, they intend to make their lives dangerous both inside and outside WWE.
