AEW has added several major matches and appearances to Wednesday’s special Rebel Heart edition of Dynamite.

Will Ospreay will face David Finlay in an AEW World Championship eliminator match. If Finlay defeats the champion, he will earn a future shot at the title.

Finlay’s Dogs stable recently became involved in Ospreay’s business. Gabe Kidd confronted Ospreay on Dynamite before members of United Empire defeated Kidd, Clark Connors and The Demand in the main event.

Kidd targeted Ospreay following the match, but Jon Moxley arrived to break things up. Ospreay and Moxley then came face to face ahead of their newly confirmed match at AEW All Out.

Britt Baker is also preparing to make her in-ring return. She will team with Hikaru Shida and Persephone against Maya World, Hyan and Thunder Rosa.

Baker’s Waiting Room talk show will return on the same night, with Rebel joining her for the segment. Persephone and Shida will appear as their special guests.

The AEW Trios Championships will also be defended as Swerve Strickland and The New Level face The Conglomeration. Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong earned the opportunity after declaring that they would not stop until each member had a backpack filled with gold.

Steven Borden will make his Dynamite debut alongside Darby Allin. The pair will face Mark Davis and the returning Josh Alexander.

The Young Bucks will also be in tag team action against Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher.
