The Women's Elimination Chamber match opened the night, with Alexa Bliss making her entrance first, followed by Roxanne Perez, Bayley, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, and Naomi. Morgan and Naomi were set to kick things off when chaos erupted with the shocking return of Jade Cargill. Before the Chamber was even secured, Jade stormed in and ruthlessly attacked Naomi, slamming her into the pod glass and then crushing her with a devastating big boot. Officials struggled to restrain Jade, who slammed the side door of the cage on Naomi before finally leaving to cheers from the crowd.
As a result, Naomi was deemed unable to compete and officially eliminated before the match even began. Liv Morgan taunted Belair as the match continued. At the next entry interval, Bianca Belair was released from her pod and immediately checked on Naomi, but Morgan seized the moment to attack Belair, throwing her into the pod glass repeatedly. Morgan dominated until the next entrant, Roxanne Perez, joined the match, executing a Hurricanrana on Belair and a quick flurry of offense. Perez attempted an early pinfall on Morgan but only got a two-count.
Bayley entered next and went on a rampage, slamming Perez into the pod wall multiple times before turning her attention to Morgan, sending her crashing into the chain-link fence. Bayley and Belair then squared up in the ring, showcasing a sequence of reversals before Bayley accidentally grabbed Belair’s signature ponytail but showed sportsmanship by letting go. The two continued their battle as the crowd cheered Bayley.
Perez gained momentum with a Powerbomb on Bayley to the steel ramp, followed by a top-rope splash. Morgan countered with a Codebreaker, nearly eliminating Perez. Alexa Bliss then entered, immediately clashing with Morgan. Perez, still reeling from the attack the previous night, was taken out briefly by Bliss. Bayley and Belair continued their intense struggle, with Bliss diving onto them, only to be caught and slammed to the mat.
Bayley attempted a Rose Plant on Perez, but Perez countered, only for Liv Morgan to strike from nowhere with Oblivion, pinning Bayley for the first elimination of the match. Belair and Morgan climbed to the top of a pod, with Morgan trying to gain the upper hand. Belair fought back, using her ponytail to whip Morgan before sending her crashing down. Belair then soared off the pod with a massive crossbody, wiping out all remaining competitors.
Perez eliminated herself from contention when Bliss intercepted her with Twisted Bliss, pinning her at 7:42 pm. This left the final three: Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, and Alexa Bliss. The action intensified, with Morgan showcasing her technical prowess, hitting the Three Amigos suplex sequence and taunting with the Eddie Guerrero shuffle. Bliss attempted a Sister Abigail on Morgan, but Morgan countered and rolled her up for the elimination at 7:44 pm.
The final showdown between Belair and Morgan saw Morgan using Belair’s ponytail to slam her into the chain-link repeatedly. Despite Morgan’s relentless assault, Belair fought back, countering a Codebreaker into a powerful Spear. The two battled fiercely until Morgan went for Oblivion but was caught mid-move by Belair, who delivered the KOD for the final elimination at 7:48 pm. Bianca Belair secured the victory and earned her shot at Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania.
