In regards to the latest MLW-WWE lawsuit news, PWInsider is reporting WWE has yet to officially respond to the lawsuit.

MLW sued WWE under the claim that WWE interfered with FOX in order to prevent MLW signing a TV deal with Tubi, which is owned by FOX.

MLW wanted the case to be ruled by a US District Court Judge instead of a Magistrate Judge, due to the first having more power. The case has been given to a new judge who ordered both MLW and WWE to have their management plans ready in time for April 11th, while a meeting is set for April 21st in Oakland, California.
