Former WWE Superstar Tony Nese appeared several times in the crowd during tonight's AEW Dynamite on TNT.

He was first shown during the AEW World Title Eliminator match between Bryan Danielson and Dustin Rhodes and acknowledged by the announcers.

Nese was released by WWE due to budget cuts back in June.

The fact he was mentioned on AEW television could suggest he has joined the company in some form.
