Jeff Hardy recently spoke with Culture State, where he spoke about his Willow the Wisp character and actually announced that there are hopes to revive the character in some form or another.

“Speaking of Willow, I was just talking to the guy who makes the mask, who made it back then, he’s an awesome mask maker and making a new Willow mask and talking about the possibility of Willow entering the scene once again before my career is over. There we go, it’s gonna happen.”

Many fans first became aware of Hardy's alter-ego via his WWE documentary DVD, where he showed it off and played it for some segments. The character was later brought into IMPACT Wrestling, which ultimately led to the introduction of "Broken" Matt Hardy.
