WWE NXT house shows have not been hosted since March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but now they look set to return.

During the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was revealed NXT talent has been told that the company will be hosting house shows in Florida starting in July.

They plan to return to venues in central and northern parts of Florida as they did prior to the global pandemic.

Meltzer said, "the belief is that talent will be asked to get vaccinated as something mandatory because they are going to be running in some rural heavy right-wing markets and the feeling is with that fan base they wouldn’t be able to enforce a mask ordinance."
