WWE Status Update On Edge and John Cena

- Edge has been off WWE television since wrestling in the main event of WrestleMania 37 against Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan.

Edge's absence has worried some fans who fear he might be out of action with another injury, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful noted Edge is taking a planned hiatus from WWE television and is not dealing with an injury.

- PWInsider has been unable to confirm talks of John Cena returning to WWE, but they did confirm production on the show he’s working on, Peacemaker, which ends on July 6, shortly before WWE is set to return to live touring again. So unless he has another project lined up he could have some time on his hands to return to WWE.
