Aleister Black has finally returned to WWE television.

During Friday's WWE SmackDown, Apollo Crews defended his Intercontinental Championship in a Fatal 4-Way match against Big E, Sami Zayn, and Apollo Crews.

The match had a lot of back-and-forth action, with momentum from all four competitors. During the concluding moments of the match, Big E hit the big ending but Commander Azeez pulled E out of the ring before the pinfall.

Big E then took down Azeez at ringside and then the arena lights dimmed and Aleister Black walked out to the ring.

Black hit the Black Mass and then Crews pinned E to retain.
