During Sunday night’s WWE WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view event, WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns defeated Cesaro to retain the title after Reigns forced Cesaro to submit to the Guillotine Chokehold.

Throughout the match, Cesaro would moments of momentum and offense only to be cut down by Reigns, who went to work on the arm of Cesaro.

Following the match, Seth Rollins came down to the ring and had a staredown with Reigns before he attacked Cesaro.
