The WWE Proxy Statement for shareholders was released today.

The SEC filing has revealed the salaries of key executives in the company, including the McMahon Family.

- Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Vince McMahon: $1,400,000
- President & Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan : $1,200,000
- Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon: $730,000
- EVP, Global Talent Strategy & Development Triple H: $730,000

WWE stated noted, "In respect of 2021, we did not grant any salary increases to our named executive officers."

Nick Khan: $13.0M (includes $5M sign-on bonus)
Paul Levesque: $2.3M (incl. talent pay)

The annual shareholder meeting will take place on May 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. ET, and will again be a virtual meeting for shareholders due to COVID-19.
