Reportedly WWE has given their employees a stock award option. A report by Wrestlenomics  revealed that this was the case for WWE employees.

The staff who got offered this have a hefty $3,000 stock award. This was not given out to all employees, though. It's reported that a "large number" did get offered this option. They're set to vest next month.

This news breaks after employees were told there was a freeze put on promotions and raises.

WWE employees have been given a stock award valued at $3,000, according multiple sources in the company. Not every employee received the award but a large number. The stock units vest next month.

Employees learned on Friday that salary raises and promotions were put on hold.
