Tonight's WWE Smackdown kicked off with Adam Pearce and Roman Reigns.

Reigns said that Edge got nervous around him last week because Edge knows he would beat him down and claims Edge won't pick him at WrestleMania because he's scared.

Pearce tells Roman he will defend the Universal Title inside the Elimination Chamber.

Paul Heyman says the contract says Roman must defend the Universal Title at the Elimination Chamber PPV, but that doesn't mean it has to be inside the Elimination Chamber Match.

Reigns will defend the Universal Title against whoever wins the SmackDown Elimination Chamber Match.

Pearce revealed Jey Uso & Kevin Owens are the first two participants for the Chamber Match. The other participants will be decided in qualifying matches.
