WrestleVotes revealed on Twitter that John Cena and Goldberg are "nearly locks" to appear at WrestleMania 37. The Undertaker is TBD.
WrestleVotes also recently reported that WWE is planning for 25,000 fans for each night of WrestleMania 37. This could of course increase or decrease depending on what is a safe limit with COVID-19 safety precautions in place.
