Heath was injured during tonight's Impact Wrestling Bound For Glory pay-per-view.

The injury occurred during the "Call Your Shot" Battle Royal.

During the match, Heath eliminated Acey Romero, then took a kick from Brian Myers, which may have been the moment he sustained the injury. Heath went on to eliminate Myers but took to the mat for several minutes. Heath was spotted talking to the referee in the corner whilst the action continued.

Heath made it to the end of the match with Rhino, Sami Callihan, and James Storm. Rhino picked up the win meaning he has a future title shot opportunity and Heath has a full-time contract with Impact Wrestling.

Heath received medication attention backstage.
