Cody Rhodes has been attempting to get some trademarks for quite some time now, one of which being Bash at the Beach, which was an event that had a lot of creative input in it's original form by his father Dusty Rhodes.

WWE reportedly blocked the request, stating that it's too close to their IP of "The Bash", despite the fact that they haven't held one of those events since 2009.
