ESPN's Jason King has reported that he spoke with Kamala's widow, who noted that Kamala had tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday: just a few days before his death.

Word is he may have contracted it during one of his visits to a dialysis center and has been hospitalized since his diagnosis. His wife also noted that he seemed like he was in positive spirits, but went into cardiac arrest and passed away.
