In news that will delight many, the "British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith is to be inducted into the 2020 WWE Hall of Fame, according to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer.

Smith has been part of a very high profile campaign over the years from his fans requesting WWE induct the British start who passed away in 2002. Smith died on 18 May 2002 after suffering a heart attack while on holiday in Invermere, British Columbia.

PWInsider is reporting Smith's family will be heading to Tampa for the ceremony.
