Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella has been spotted in Houston today ahead of the 2020 Royal Rumble. 

There is currently a lot of talent not usually backstage for tonight's Royal Rumble event, and while some will be filming content for the WWE Network, it is entirely possible that Santino could appear in either the Men's or Women's (Santina) Royal Rumble match.

Marella retired from WWE in July 2014 and was officially released in 2016.
