Triple H has apologized to Paige for a recent joke he made during a recent media interview last weekend. Triple H today tweeted, "I've reached out to @RealPaigeWWE to apologize. I made a terrible joke and I'm sorry if it offended her or anyone else."

Triple H caused controversy when he joked that Paige has children "she doesn't know of" when he was asked about the possibility of Edge and Paige returning to the ring.

He said:

"Edge has kids, you know, Paige - she probably has some she doesn't know of (laughs). Their health first, people first, this is all great, but at the end of the day, it's not everything."

Paige responded to the joke by tweeting, "Even my boss jokes about me.. no wonder you guys still do it too."

Takes a real man to apologise but yes WWE made my daughter but my daughter also broke her body for wrestling H thought it was worth an apology so joke must have been deemed hurtful but massive credit for reaching out
