BT Sport has announced that WWE NXT will air live for the first time in the UK and Ireland from January.

NXT and NXT UK will join WWE Raw and SmackDown on BT Sport from January 1, 2020.

It was revealed earlier in 2019 that Sky Sports would be ending its 30-year relationship with WWE, and as such BT Sport would become the new flagship broadcast for the brand from 2020.

The first of NXT’s two-hour weekly shows will air at 1am on Thursday 2 January, details on NXT UK are to follow.
