In addition to the big announcement by ESPN, that the NWO will be inducted into the 2020 WWE Hall Of Fame, PEOPLE has confirmed that former WWE Champion Dave Batista will also be inducted.

Batista told PEOPLE the following:

“Vince [McMahon] called me personally to ask me, I was just … I wasn’t surprised, but I was pretty happy. It’s a good feeling, it’s a really great feeling.”

Batista has held the tag titles four times and won two Royal Rumbles in addition to his six world titles.
