Cedric Alexander was one of the hot prospects for Monday Night Raw following the recent WWE Draft. There were reports at the time that Paul Heyman was high on him and had big plans, but it seems that push has cooled off.

WrestlingNews.co is reporting that Vince McMahon has seemingly lost interest in Cedric Alexander’s push given his recent booking. Alexander is well-liked backstage but hasn't received the reaction that McMahon wanted. The report notes:

"Everything I’ve heard about him is that he is well-liked backstage and I have not heard of anything that he might have done to rub people the wrong way so it looks like McMahon simply cooled off on him."

WWE has been currently pushing Humberto Carrillo and Ricochet as two of their babyface stars, but recent reports also suggest McMahon has cooled off on Carrillo.
