The final member of Team Ciampa for the War Games match at NXT TakeOver: WarGames 3 will be revealed this Saturday night.

The leading rumor is that former WWE Intercontinental Champion John Morrison could very well be the final member hence why it is being kept a secret until then.

PWInsider reported recently that Morrison signed a deal with WWE and they have been waiting for the right time to put him back on television.
