WWE NXT: Results Of NXT Cruiserweight Championship Match

On tonight’s edition of WWE NXT, Lio Rush defeated Angel Garza to retain the NXT Cruiserweight Championship; however, the ending of the match was met with its share of controversy, as Garza had his foot on the bottom rope as he was being pinned by Rush.

Garza earned his opportunity at the title during last week’s broadcast by winning a singles match against Tony Nese.
