Kingston was recently interviewed by Alex McCarthy of Talk Sport in which he talked about his recent championship reign. 

During the interview, Kofi was asked about his WWE title loss to Brock Lesnar in less than a minute and with just one F5 on the season premiere of Friday Night SmackDown on FOX, to which Kofi responded with his disappointment:

"It was a bit of disappointment to go out there and have it go so quickly. On the biggest night of SmackDown. To have it end like that is a little bit disheartening, but at the end of the day, it is what it is. It’s not like I can do anything about it."

Kofi wanted the chance to have an actual match with Brock for the WWE title on the first SD on FOX.
